RULES OF THE CONTEST „Win a BOOK”

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the contest “Win a BOOK” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is the company Labrum Publishing, ul. Kołłątaja 32, 50-005 Wrocław, POLANDNIP: 9291566483 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)

The organizer is the founder of the award.

The contest is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook is a registered trademark of Facebook, Inc.

The competition is run at https://www.facebook.com/daniel.marcin.lechna (hereinafter referred to as “Fanpage”)

§ 2. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Only natural persons, consumers, with full legal capacity, with the exception of the Organizer’s employees.

2. The condition for participation is:

having a verified account on Facebook,

sharing the contest post on your board page

inviting your friends to the contest, if there are fans of fantasy books among them

writing a comment below the contest post – what you think about the sample text 

3. The competition runs from August 5th, 2021 at 10:00 AM to August 19th 2021 11:00 AM

4. The organizer is not responsible for any disruptions in the operation of ICT links, servers, interfaces, browsers and the Facebook platform.

5. The organizer is not responsible for the temporary or permanent blocking of the Facebook page or application.

§ 3. AWARD

The prize in the Competition is a set of 2 Daniel books dedicated to you and your friend or 2 Daniel books for friends you choose.

The organizer provided 20 sets of books to be randomly selected from among the competition participants.

The Winners are not entitled to exchange the Prizes for cash or any other type of prize.

The Winner may waive the Prize, but will not be entitled to a cash equivalent or any other prize in return.

§ 4. PRINCIPLES OF AWARDING PRIZES

On the day following the end of the competition, the Organizer, while broadcasting live, will draw the logins of the competition winners.

The Competition Winners will be notified of the prize and the terms of receipt of the Prize via a message sent on Facebook.

The prizes will be issued to the Winners at the Organiser’s expense by courier to the selected InPost parcel locker.

In order to deliver the Prizes, the Winner should return the address and telephone number of the recipient of the prize within 7 days from the date of receiving the notification of the prize.

In the event of failure to meet the above-mentioned deadline, the prize will not be sent.

The Organizer has the right to provide the details of the Winner – login during the live broadcast and the Competition participant agrees to it by entering the competition.

The prize will be sent to the address provided by the Winner within 7 days from the date of sending the address details.

The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize for reasons attributable to the Participant, and in particular in the event of failure to provide or provide incorrect data, change of the Participant’s data about which he was not informed. In this case, the prize is forfeited.

The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided during registration, in particular for a change in personal data that makes it impossible to find the Participant who has been awarded the prize.

In the event of detecting activities inconsistent with the Regulations, attempts to influence the selection of the Winner in an unlawful manner, in particular by setting up fictitious private profiles on Facebook, the given Participant may be excluded from the Competition.

§ 5. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Competition should be submitted by the Participants in writing during the Competition, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the Prizes.

A complaint submitted after the deadline has no legal effect.

A written complaint should include the name, surname, exact address of the Participant as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint. The complaint should be sent by registered mail to the Organiser’s address with the note „Facebook gives from Labrum Publishing”

Complaints will be considered in writing within 30 days.

§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal provisions shall apply.

Disputes related to and arising from the Competition will be resolved by a common court competent for the seat of the Organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Competition during its duration. Information about the changes will be posted on the Fanpage.
